Our Founder

Indira Kristian Glass is a seasoned political and small business consultant. She is the founder and principal consultant of Indira KristianⓇ , a company she created to help those seeking public office get elected and to help small business owners reach their goals.

With over ten years of experience in the public sector, Indira has experience in management, professional development, strategic implementation, social media content creation, event planning, and community collaboration. Indira most recently served as the Deputy District Director for a U.S. House of Representatives member, overseeing the Representative's strategic priorities while managing relationships with key partners throughout the Congressional District. Before working for the Federal Government, Indira worked for a non-governmental agency where she empowered youth by completing service projects in their communities and building schools in Nicaragua, Haiti, and Malawi.

Indira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Women's Studies and a Master's in Public Administration.

She is a native of Detroit, Michigan, and currently resides in the Metro Detroit Area with her husband and three daughters.
